To access the first phase of the “Countdown” it will only be necessary to provide your name, family name and email address, while in order to access the subsequent phases of the initiative you shall be required to provide further personal information.
When collecting further data from you, Ferrari S.p.A. shall automatically submit to you the present information note and you may be asked to update your consent to the processing by Ferrari S.p.A. of your personal data.

Our web servers automatically record certain electronic information when you access the site, including the name of your internet service provider, its web page address, the web pages you visit on the Site, and the date and duration of your visit.
IP address identification is necessary for us to be able to manage the Site and is particularly important in the diagnosis and prevention of technical problems, unauthorised intrusions and/or any abuse of any of the various services offered by the Site. IP addresses are not as a rule linked to any information that would identify you personally.
As you surf the site, certain information that will allow us to identify your computer or browser will be picked up using files known as cookies. The personal details you provide to Ferrari S.p.A. shall be used: (a) for the setting up and management of your access to the site in the different phases of the “Countdown” initiative; (b) to allow you to access the services, contents and dedicated activities made available to you as a member of the site and particularly to allow you to receive the notifications and the newsletter related to the “Countdown” initiative; (c) to meet any requests made by you and for any necessary technical or organisational communications; (d) for the purposes of statistical and market research surveys and studies; (e) for the organisation and staging of events which may or may not be of a promotional nature; (f) for the sending of informational and promotional bulletins and newsletters which may or may not be commercial, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services via post, internet, telephone, email, MMS, SMS, from Italy or from abroad (including non-EU countries) by Ferrari S.p.A. or by physical or legal entities which collaborate in the commercial activities of Ferrari S.p.A. and/or its controlling and/or controlled companies.
Your personal data will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic means in strict correlation to the abovementioned purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data themselves.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
Nonetheless, any refusal by you to provide such details and/or the provision of false and/or incomplete information will prevent your joining the Site and hence the use of its contents and services. The information marked with an asterisk MUST be provided as it is essential for the purposes described in points 1 (a) and 1.(b) . Refusal to provide this information will prevent the Company from providing you with those services for which having your personal data is essential.
Within the Company your personal details may, in the course of their work, become known to our shareholders, the members of the board of directors and other administrative bodies, auditors, Company staff (particularly those employed by the Commercial and Brand Department, Administration Department, IT Department), and the Personal Data Processor and the staff designated to same by Ferrari S.p.A.
Your personal data may be communicated to individuals/companies who provide Ferrari S.p.A. with services for the purposes described above, including individuals and companies who are involved in the management and/or maintenance of our websites and the electronic and/or telematic equipment used by Ferrari.
Again in the pursuit of the abovementioned objectives, the Company may also avail of the following categories of individuals/entities who may, in the course of their work, become aware of your personal data: controlling, controlled and/or part-owned companies; dealerships, importers and other members of the Ferrari sales network in Italy and abroad; approved individuals who provide the Company with services necessary for the sending of notifications and newsletter, for the processing of statistic and market research data, for the organisation and staging of events, for the issuing of commercial communications, such as, for instance, banks, insurance companies, suppliers and sub-contractors, consultants of various kinds (legal, tax, insurance, accountancy, organisational); any other individual to whom the data may have to be communicated under the terms of a specific legal provision.
